Processes bentonite, cement, coal, feldspar, calcite, talc, phosphate rock, graphite, quartz, slag, and similar industrial materials.
The motor drives the grinding disc via reducer, with material fed centrally and hot air introduced through air inlets. Centrifugal force moves material to disc edges where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material, with coarse particles recycled for regrinding while fine powder is collected as finished product. Integrated drying system ensures optimal moisture control.
