- Material bed grinding technology with adjustable grinding pressure
- High powder selection efficiency with wide fineness adjustment range
- High output capacity with low power consumption and wear
- Low noise operation with minimal negative pressure dust
- PLC-controlled automation for complete production line management
The electric motor drives the grinding plate rotation through the reducer. Material enters from the feed port to the grinding plate center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the plate edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow lifts crushed material, with large particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles, with coarse powder returning to the grinding plate and fine powder collected as finished product. Moisture content is reduced through contact with hot gas during processing.
