HVM Series Bentonite Vertical Roller Grinding Mill with 1-45 t/h Capacity and 710 kW Motor Power
Bentonite vertical roller grinding mill efficiently processes bentonite clay mineral to achieve specific fineness while maintaining interlayer water content. This enables the material to develop essential properties including plasticity, bonding, suspension, adsorption, and decolorization capabilities.

The bentonite grinding machine system includes:
- Hammer crusher for initial material reduction
- Bucket elevator for vertical material transport
- Storage bin for material holding
- Vibration feeder for controlled material input
- Grinding machine host for primary processing
- Variable frequency classifier for precise particle separation
- Dual cyclone dust collector for efficient powder recovery
- Pulse dust removal system for environmental compliance
- High-pressure fan for airflow generation
- Air compressor for pneumatic operations
- Electrical control system for automated operation
The electric motor drives the grinding disc rotation through a reducer. Material enters from the feeding port to the disc center while hot air flows into the grinding chamber. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. Crushed material is carried upward by high-speed airflow at the disc edge, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic and static separator ensures coarse powder returns for further processing while qualified fine powder collects as the final product. Moisture content is controlled through contact with hot gases during processing.
- High Efficiency: Output exceeds twice that of airflow mills, stirring mills, and ball mills at equivalent fineness and motor power
- Extended Component Life: Special forged grinding rollers and rings provide 2-3 times longer service life than impact and turbine crushers, typically exceeding one year
- Enhanced Safety: No rolling bearings or screws in grinding chamber eliminates common failure points and maintenance issues
- Superior Fineness: Achieves one-time fineness of D97 ≤ 5 μm for bentonite powder
- Environmental Compliance: Integrated pulse dust collectors and silencers minimize dust and noise pollution
