Operational Principle
The electric motor drives the grinding disc through a reducer, with material fed centrally. Hot air enters the chamber, and centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers provide crushing action. Crushed material is carried upward by high-speed airflow, with large particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles, with qualified fine powder collected as final product while moist materials are simultaneously dried.
