Product Description
Working Principle
The vertical grinding mill operates with an electric motor driving the grinding disc through a reducer. Material enters through the feeding port and falls to the center of the rotating disc. Hot air simultaneously enters the grinding chamber, and centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where it's crushed by grinding rollers. Crushed material is carried upward by high-speed airflow, with large particles returning for re-grinding. A dynamic separator ensures only fine powder is collected as the final product, while moisture is removed through contact with hot gases.
Application Scope
This ultra-fine vertical grinding equipment is designed for large-scale dry powder processing of non-metallic minerals including calcite, marble, limestone, heavy calcium, talc, barite, and dolomite.
