Working Principle
The vertical grinding mill operates with an electric motor driving the grinding disc through a reducer. Material enters through the feeding port while hot air flows into the grinding chamber. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material upward, with large particles returning for regrinding. A dynamic separator ensures only fine powder is collected as the final product, with moisture removal achieved through contact with hot gases.
Application Scope
This ultra-fine vertical grinding equipment processes non-metallic minerals including calcite, marble, limestone, heavy calcium, talc, barite, and dolomite for large-scale dry powder production.
