Application Scope

Compatible Materials
Suitable for various non-metallic mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity within 6%, including cement raw materials, clinker, power plant desulfurization limestone powder, slag micro powder, manganese ore, gypsum, coal, barite, calcite, and bauxite.
Working Principle
The motor drives the reducer to rotate the grinding disc. Material moves around the disc via centrifugal force and enters between the grinding roller and disc, where it undergoes crushing through compression, grinding, and shear forces. Ground powder is blown to the classifier for screening, with oversized particles returning for regrinding and qualified material collected as finished product.
