Product Overview

Our dense phase pneumatic conveying pumps are engineered for high-pressure, low-velocity transport of abrasive/powdered materials (e.g., cement, fly ash, alumina, silica). The capacity of the pump is determined based on the properties, particle size, conveying distance, and conveying volume of the conveyed material, that is, single machine design is carried out to minimize conveying energy consumption while meeting process requirements. Based on the specifications and performance of the powder materials provided by the customer, as well as parameters such as conveying distance, conveying capacity, and geographical conditions, we develop the best solution for pneumatic conveying, including calculation of air volume, pipeline ratio, dust collection and treatment in the receiving warehouse, and after-sales planning.
