The vertical gypsum mill is a key equipment used in gypsum grinding and processing. Its custom attributes mainly focus on production requirements, material characteristics, process parameters, and equipment adaptability, and can be flexibly adjusted according to specific application scenarios.

- Mill diameter: Designed according to production capacity requirements (such as φ2.4m, φ3.2m, etc.), which directly affects the grinding area and processing capacity.
- Grinding disc rotation speed: Can be adjusted according to gypsum hardness (such as natural gypsum, desulfurized gypsum), usually customized within the range of 20-60r/min.
- Installed power: The main motor power is matched according to production capacity and material hardness (such as 160kW-1000kW) to ensure sufficient power and energy saving.

- Hourly output: Customized according to production line requirements (such as 5-100t/h), which needs to be comprehensively calculated in combination with factors such as gypsum moisture content and finished product fineness.
The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc, and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the annular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the air ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and the large particles fall directly on the grinding disc. Re-grinding, when the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding disc for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and collected in the powder collecting device, which is product. Moisture-containing materials are dried during contact with hot gas to achieve the required product moisture.
