- Vertical Structure Design: The main machine adopts a vertical layout, with the grinding disc and grinding roller as the core components. Materials fall into the center of the grinding disc from the top feed inlet, spread to the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force, and are crushed by the rotating grinding roller.
- Efficient Grinding System: The pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding disc is applied through a hydraulic system or a spring. Materials are crushed under the action of rolling and shearing. At the same time, hot air is introduced from the bottom to realize grinding and drying simultaneously (especially suitable for desulfurized gypsum with high moisture content).
- Classification and Collection: The crushed fine powder rises to the top dynamic classifier with the air flow. Qualified fine powder enters the collector (such as cyclone separator, bag filter), and coarse powder falls back for re-grinding, realizing closed-loop production.
- Low Energy Consumption and Environmental Protection: Compared with traditional ball mills, vertical mills reduce power consumption by 30% - 50%, produce low noise, and the system is closed, so dust emission is controllable.
The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc, and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the annular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the air ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and the large particles fall directly on the grinding disc. Re-grinding, when the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding disc for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and collected in the powder collecting device, which is product. Moisture-containing materials are dried during contact with hot gas to achieve the required product moisture.
