High-performance vertical grinding mill designed for ultra-fine bentonite and calcium carbonate powder production with exceptional energy efficiency and capacity.
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air flows from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. Airflow carries material through dynamic separator - coarse particles return for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects as final product. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying.
