PJP Pneumatic Conveying Pump System Overview
PJP type positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet pump is a low-pressure, continuous pneumatic conveying system designed for efficient powder and granular material transfer. This fully enclosed system provides dust-free operation while transporting materials through pipelines to storage destinations.
Working Principle
The system comprises PJP jet pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, pump top bin, manual screw gate, and compressed air supply. Compressed air from Roots blowers passes through nozzles, creating high-speed airflow that generates negative pressure within the jet pump box. This pressure differential enables material transportation through conveying pipelines, with kinetic energy converting to static pressure energy for efficient movement.
