The HVM vertical roller mill is a safety-focused, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient grinding solution designed for large-scale material processing and ultra-fine grinding applications. The motor drives the grinding disc rotation through the reducer. Material enters from the feed inlet and falls to the disc center, while hot air enters through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic separator classifies particles - coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects in the powder collection system. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying during processing.
