HVM Vertical Roller Mill delivers high-efficiency cement grinding with specific surface area ≥350㎡/kg and output capacity ranging from 30-290 t/h. Engineered for diverse material characteristics including moisture content, grindability, and safety requirements.
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air enters from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. Dynamic separator classifies particles - coarse material returns for regrinding while fine powder collects with airflow in powder collection system. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying.
