VRM vertical roller mills integrate crushing, grinding, drying, and grading functions for various material types, moisture levels, and hardness specifications. This advanced grinding equipment delivers optimal performance for cement industry applications.
The motor drives the grinding disc via the reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet and moves to the disc edge by centrifugal force. Grinding rollers crush material in annular grooves, with coarse powder recycled for regrinding. Hot air dries materials during processing, while qualified fine powder is collected in the powder collection system.
