Based on Mohs hardness 3-4 material. Product fineness: 97% at 10-40μm (up to 1250 mesh). Material moisture: <5%. Product moisture: ≤1%.

Problem: High grinding roller pressure causes material caking on the grinding disc.

Solution: Introduce hot air during grinding; install grinding disc scraping device; maintain material layer thickness at 1.5-2.5cm.

Problem: Incorrect air temperature affects drying capacity and product quality.

Solution: Control inlet air temperature at 140-160°C, outlet temperature at 50-60°C, maintaining product moisture at 8-12% without affecting powder activity.

Problem: Incorrect ring height causes excessive grinding or equipment blockage.

Solution: Set stopper ring height to 2cm for optimal material flow and mill stability.

Problem: Improper wind speed affects material carrying capacity and output.

Solution: Adjust air ring gap based on material return rate; increase grinding roller pressure to boost production.
