Ultrafine VRM limestone vertical mill for micro powder production with 2, 3, or 4 roll configurations. Designed for efficient grinding of non-metallic minerals with adjustable fineness and simple operation.

Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air enters through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. Crushed material is carried by high-speed airflow, with large particles returning for re-grinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles, sending coarse powder back for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects in powder collection devices. Moisture content is reduced through contact with hot gas.
