Large Capacity Energy Saving Limestone Vertical Mill
HVM vertical mill is an advanced energy-saving grinding solution designed to overcome the limitations of traditional industrial mills with low output and high energy consumption. This integrated grinding equipment combines drying, grinding, and powder selection functions for superior performance in coal chemical, thermal power, iron and steel, and non-metallic mineral processing applications.
Application Areas
Non-metallic ore grinding: Specifically engineered for industrial grinding of limestone, lime, barite, talc, gypsum, cement raw materials, slag, and cement production.
Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation through the reducer system. Material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in the annular groove. High-speed airflow carries crushed material from the air ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic and static separator processes material in the airflow - coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects in the powder collection system. Moisture control is achieved through contact with hot gas during processing.
