Application Fields
This vertical mill is suitable for grinding and processing non-flammable, non-explosive materials with humidity within 6% and Mohs hardness below 7. Applications include building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, coatings, papermaking, rubber, medicine, and food industries.
Compatible Materials
Steel slag, water slag, graphite, potassium feldspar, coal, kaolin, barite, fluorite, talc, petroleum coke, lime calcium powder, wollastonite, gypsum, limestone, feldspar, phosphate rock, marble, quartz sand, bentonite, graphite, manganese ore, and other non-metallic minerals with hardness below Mohs 7.
Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc through the reducer, with material entering from the feed inlet. Hot air enters from the air inlet, and centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. The separator system ensures coarse powder returns for re-grinding while qualified fine powder is collected. Moisture control is achieved through contact with hot gas during processing.
