The motor drives the grinding disc rotation through the reducer system. Material enters from the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in the annular groove. High-speed airflow carries crushed material from the disc edge air ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. Material passing through the dynamic separator undergoes classification - coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects in the powder collection system. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying during processing.
