Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air enters from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. Airflow carries material through dynamic and static separators - coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects in powder collection devices. Moisture content is controlled through contact with hot gas during processing.
