HVM Series Limestone Calcite Grinding Mill 800-2500mm Table Diameter 1-45t/h Capacity 10μm Fineness
This industrial grinding mill processes various materials including limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, diabase, quartzite, bentonite, and other mineral products.
Calcite powder is widely used in multiple industries: artificial stone and floor tiles, rubber manufacturing, paints and plastics, cable production, paper manufacturing, toothpaste and cosmetics, glass production, pharmaceuticals, inks, electrical insulation, food processing, textiles, animal feed, adhesives, sealants, asphalt, building materials, fireproof ceiling materials, and daily chemical products. Additional applications include calcium carbonate pulverization, gypsum powder processing, power plant desulfurization, non-metallic ore grinding, and pulverized coal preparation.

Additional Specifications: Materials moisture <5%, Product fineness 97% at 10-40μm, Product moisture ≤1%. Product fineness can reach 10μm (1250 mesh). Data based on Mohs' hardness 3-4 material.
- High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Output exceeds jet mill, stirring mill, and ball mill by more than double under same fineness and motor power conditions
- Extended Wear Part Life: Grinding rollers and rings forged from special materials for superior durability
- Enhanced Safety & Reliability: No rolling bearings or screws in grinding chamber eliminates common failure points
- Superior Product Fineness: Achieves particle sizes down to 10μm (1250 mesh)
- Environmental Compliance: Pulse dust collector and muffler system ensure clean, low-noise operation
The motor drives the grinding disc via reducer, with material entering through the feed inlet. Hot air enters through the air inlet, and centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. The dynamic and static separator ensures coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder collects in the powder collection system. Moisture control is achieved through contact with hot gas during processing.
