ODM Calcite Vertical Roller Mill with 45 t/h Capacity and 1250 Mesh Fineness for Industrial Powder Grinding

This vertical roller mill is engineered for mining, building materials, chemical processing, metallurgical industries, transportation infrastructure, and water conservancy projects. It processes materials with Moh's hardness below 9.3, including calcium carbonate, barite, dolomite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, gypsum, quartz, feldspar, and over 1000 other materials.

The motor drives the grinding disc via reducer, with material fed centrally and hot air entering through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material upward through dynamic and static separators, with coarse particles returning for regrinding while fine powder is collected. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying during processing.
