Powder Fineness Options
Our equipment produces four distinct bentonite powder specifications:
- Coarse Powder: 0-3mm particle size
- Fine Powder: 20-400 mesh range
- Ultrafine Powder: 400-1250 mesh range
- Micropowder: 1250-3250 mesh range
Operating Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc via reducer transmission. Material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material, with oversize particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic separation ensures only qualified fine powder proceeds to collection, with moisture control achieved through hot gas contact.
