HVM Series Vertical Bentonite Grinding Mill 1-45 t/h Capacity 55-710kw Motor Power
This vertical bentonite grinding mill equipment offers low energy consumption with production capacities ranging from 1 to 45 tons per hour. Bentonite's excellent physical and chemical properties make it suitable as a binder, suspending agent, thixotropic agent, stabilizer, purification agent, filler, feed additive, and catalyst across multiple industries including agriculture, light industry, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation through the reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet and falls to the disc center while hot air enters from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. Crushed material is carried by high-speed airflow, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic and static separator screens materials, sending coarse powder back for regrinding while qualified fine powder is collected as the final product. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying during processing.
