The grinding mill operates through a precision-engineered process: the motor drives the grinding disc via a reducer, material enters through the feed inlet to the disc center, and hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material past the air ring, with oversized particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic and static separators ensure only fine powder proceeds to collection, while moisture control is achieved through integrated drying.
