HVM ultra-fine vertical mill is engineered for diverse industrial applications including electric power, metallurgy, cement production, chemical processing, and non-metallic mineral industries.
This grinding mill efficiently processes various non-metallic mineral materials including:

The motor drives the grinding disc through the reducer, with material feeding into the center and hot air entering through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material, with large particles returning for re-grinding. Dynamic and static separators classify particles, with qualified fine powder collected as final product. Moisture content is controlled through hot gas drying during processing.
