Dolomite serves as a fundamental material in various industrial sectors. In metallurgy and chemical industries, it functions as an excellent basic refractory material and blast furnace flux. In agriculture, it provides raw material for calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and magnesium sulfate production. The material also plays vital roles in building materials, ceramics, environmental protection, and energy conservation.
The grinding mill operates effectively across multiple industries including metallurgy, chemical processing, power plant desulfurization, non-metallic mineral processing, pulverized coal preparation, rubber, paint, plastic, pigment, ink, construction materials, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
This equipment processes various non-metallic minerals including calcium carbonate, barite, calcite, gypsum, slag powder, manganese ore, and coal. The system enables ultra-fine grinding with convenient product fineness adjustment and straightforward operation.
The motor drives the grinding disc rotation through the reducer. Material enters from the feed inlet to the disc center while hot air enters through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in the annular groove. High-speed airflow carries crushed material from the air ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic separator classifies particles, returning coarse powder for further grinding while collecting fine powder as finished product. Moisture content is controlled through contact with hot gas during processing.
