High-yield grinding capacity for non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity within 6%. Suitable for cement raw meal, clinker, power plant desulfurized limestone powder, slag micropowder, manganese ore, gypsum, coal, barite, calcite, bauxite, and similar materials.
Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, building materials, coatings, papermaking, rubber, medicine, food production, and various industrial fields.
The motor drives the grinding disc via reducer, with material feeding through the center inlet. Hot air enters through air inlets, creating centrifugal force that moves material to disc edges where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material, with coarse particles returning for regrinding while fine powder is collected as finished product. Moisture control is achieved through hot gas drying during processing.
