Energy Efficient Vertical Roller Mill for Bauxite Powder Production
Bauxite is an earthy mineral primarily composed of alumina, appearing in white, off-white, brownish-yellow, or light red colors depending on iron content. With a hardness of 1-3 on the Mohs scale, it is insoluble in water but soluble in alkaline solutions. This mineral is mainly used for aluminum smelting and manufacturing refractory materials.
Working Principle
The motor drives the reducer to rotate the grinding disc. Materials are fed into the center of the rotating disc via air lock feeding equipment. Under centrifugal force, materials move to the disc periphery and enter the grinding roller table, where they are crushed through extrusion, grinding, and shearing actions.
