The PLC VRM vertical roller mill is engineered for high-efficiency bauxite powder grinding with fineness ranging from 325 to 1250 mesh. This industrial grinding system integrates multiple processes including fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection, and conveying into a single, streamlined operation.

The bauxite vertical mill utilizes grinding rollers to compress material against the grinding disc. Airflow and separator systems extract particles meeting fineness requirements, which are collected by dust collectors as finished product. Larger particles fall back to the grinding disc for further processing through gravity action.
