ALRF Series Rotary Airlock Feeders for Industrial Applications
ALRF series rotary airlock feeders are precision-engineered components designed for reliable material handling in demanding industrial environments. These feeders provide uniform feeding with capacities ranging from 35 to 700 m³/h, making them ideal for building materials, cement production, and various industrial processes.
Working Principle
The rotary airlock feeder consists of a durable casing, rotor assembly, and drive mechanism. Material from the upper silo fills the spaces between rotor blades and is discharged uniformly at the lower outlet as the rotor rotates. The constant rotor speed ensures consistent material flow rates.
