Working Principle
The rotary airlock feeder consists of a casing, rotor, and drive assembly. Material from the upper silo fills the gaps between multiple rotor blades and discharges through the lower outlet as the rotor rotates. The uniform blade spacing and constant rotor speed ensure consistent material flow.
Rotor blades are constructed from specialized wear-resistant materials, maintaining optimal contact with the casing interior wall. This design provides superior air lock functionality while accommodating adjustable blade positioning to compensate for wear over time.
