The ALRF Series Rotary Air Lock Feeder delivers reliable material handling with processing capacities ranging from 35 to 700 m³/h, powered by 4-15kW motors operating at 960-1460r/min speeds.
Advanced Design Features
Our vertical mill rotary air lock unloader features a robust rotary impeller design with welded wear-resistant plates that significantly extend impeller service life. The strategically offset inlet centerline accommodates larger particle materials effectively.
The casing incorporates anti-wear lining protection, while dual-end bearing support ensures consistent clearance between impeller and casing. High-temperature operation is supported through asbestos packing seals that provide excellent sealing performance with simple maintenance.
Integrated hot air channel prevents material buildup by drying moist powders, maintaining consistent feeding volumes even with high-humidity materials.
