The rotary air lock feeder consists of a casing, rotor, and driving components. Material from the upper silo fills the gaps between rotor blades and discharges through the lower port as the rotor rotates. Constant rotor speed ensures uniform material flow.
Special wear-resistant rotor blades maintain optimal contact with the casing interior, providing excellent air lock functionality. The rotor can be ventilated with hot air for drying capability, accommodating high-moisture and viscous materials while preventing sticking and blockage.
