High Output Raw Vertical VRM Cement Mill for Coal Grinding
The HVM series raw material vertical mill is a modern grinding equipment designed for efficient processing of cement raw materials and other industrial materials. This wear-resistant roller sleeve vertical milling machine integrates multiple functions including crushing, drying, grinding, classification, and conveying.
Applications
Suitable for processing various materials including iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, manganese ore, cobalt ore, lead-zinc ore, bauxite, and rare earth ores. Widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, and chemical industries.
Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc through the reducer, with material entering from the feed inlet. Under centrifugal force, material moves to the disc edge and is crushed by grinding rollers. The system includes dynamic and static separators for re-grinding coarse powder while collecting qualified fine powder. Moisture control is achieved through hot gas drying during processing.
