Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-9001S for 3D lamination bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. It can be used for aluminum profile cladding with PVC and other veener materials. It is featured stable viscocity under certain temperature heating, high initial viscocity and final strength, great peel strength after it ssolided, good humidity and chemical resistance

USER GUIDE

The package of PUR-9001S is suitable for various dispensing equipment. The recommended operating temperature is 130~150℃. In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity). If the machine needs to be stopped for more than 2 hours, please set the temperature of the equipment below 80℃. If the machine needs to be stopped for more than 1 hour, please set the temperature of the equipment below 110℃.

STORAGE

Store the product where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
