Wanli® chameleon liquid coating S-6103 for automotive re-finishing is a light yellow liquid reversible paint, main content is acrylic prepolymer. Spraying it onto PET film, it can reflects about 425nm light after curing, presenting a beautiful blue purple appearance. It is featured excellent moisture, acid, alkaline & abrasion resistance. It protects cars against electrical shock & corrosion.

APPLICATION

Wanli® chameleon liquid coating S-6103 is used to change color of car. Spray it onto PET film, paste the composited film to car as car coat. It can reflects about 425nm light after curing, presenting a beautiful blue purple appearance.

Excellent moisture, acid, alkaline & abrasion resistance. It protects cars against electrical shock & corrosion.

USER GUIDE

Determine the required solid content firstly, dilute the coating to the required solid content with diluent which can be ethyl acetate.

Shake the drum for 2 minutes before use, check the mixing drum and mixing plate to ensure that they are clean and free of gel. First add coating to the mixing drum, then add diluent, final add the adhesion promoter C-03 ( adding amount is 2-3% of dry glue). The mixing time is 20~30 minutes. It must ensure that there is sufficient shear speed (the recommended dispersion speed is 400-600 RPM). After mixing evenly, filter with a nylon filter screen of about 400 mesh, and let it stand for defoaming.

After filtering with 0.1~0.5 um, pump it into the glue tank for use.

Construction environment: relative humidity (RH): 20%-60%, ambient temperature: 23 ± 2 ℃.

Coated on PET film or other films, the dry film thickness is controlled at about 1um.

STORAGE

S-6103 must be sealed and stored in a dry, cool environment and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
