High strength Light Yellow Transparent Viscous Liquid Textile Lamination Hot Melt Adhesive PUR-1700F in 2022

Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-1700F is used for textile lamination bonding, PUR-1700F is a one-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solids. PUR-1700F can be used for the lamination of fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge, leather products and fabric, and is especially suitable for roll coating process. PUR-1700F is characterized by stable viscosity when heated at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-1700F has good peel strength, good heat resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION

PUR-1700F has a wide range of application and can be used for lamination of fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge, leather products and fabric, and is especially suitable for roll coating process.

USER GUIDE

The package of PUR-1700F is suitable for various dispensing equipment.

The recommended operating temperature is 105℃~115℃.

In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).

STORAGE

Store PUR-1700F where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
