100% Solid Lamination of Membrane and Functional Textiles Hot Melt Adhesives PUR-UH217.1L

Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive UH-217.1L for textile lamination bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-UH-217.1L can be used for fabric to film lamination bonding in the textile industry. PUR-UH-217.1L has good bonding strength, and the final fabric has a thicker feeling, which is suitable for ordinary level-four waterproofing. PUR-UH-217.1L is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-UH-217.1L has good peeling strength, good heat&humidity resistance, wash resistance and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION

USER GUIDE

The package of UH217.1L is suitable for various dispensing equipment.

The recommended operating temperature is 90℃~110℃.

In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).

STORAGE

Store PUR-UH-217.1L where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
