Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-7110H for car cargo floor mats bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-7110H can be used for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of PC, ABS, PVC and other materials (some materials require pretreatment). PUR-7110H has stable viscosity when heated at a certain temperature, high initial bond strength and fast positioning. PUR-7110H has good peel strength after curing.

USER GUIDE

The package of PUR-7110H is suitable for various dispensing equipment.

The recommended operating temperature is 130℃~150℃.

In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).

STORAGE

Store PUR-7110H in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C. Avoid open flames or heat sources.
