Applications

ELECMAN® IEC 61386-21 HDG Rigid Metal Conduit(RMC) is used to protect insulated electrical conductors and cables from magnetic fields, impact damage and crushing. IEC Rigid conduit has much thicker walls than IEC EMT, and is more expensive as a result. But the thickness of rigid conduit makes it perfect for outdoor installation. Rigid conduit will continue to do its job, even in extreme weather conditions.
