Designed for general purpose flow monitoring and control applications, the FS4003 mass flow sensor features Siargo's world leading proprietary MEMS mass flow sensor and intelligent electronic control system. The sensor measures mass flow directly within the designed channel with low pressure loss. These sensors can be easily applied to electronic flow meters for anesthesia equipment, clean room air flow or nitrogen flush monitoring and control, environmental equipment such as air samplers, and analytical instruments such as gas chromatographs.
