As we know super flexible wire need 2 main elements, one is the conductor, and the Class 6 conductor is the more flexible, need multi strands and super fine wire. For this SILICONE WIRE SUPER FLEXIBLE, we used 0.10 wire and 19 strands which can make complete round and extremely soft. The second one is the insulation should be very flexible, so we select the silicone rubber as the insulation. So, the whole wire can be matching client’s requirement.

Besides, silicone wire has goods performance at heat resistant, which can bear till 200 degrees.
Which can meet most harsh working conditions. Furthermore, silicone also goo at cold ambient temperature lowest till minus 60 degrees, especially for food industry.
