3 core multi core super fine FEP shielded control cable is a custom cable for turkey. Actually, client need very think wire in order to transmit the signal. We chose 0.05 super fine wire as the conductor, and use FEP material as the insulation to decrease the diameter, as client want to make installation in a very narrow tube.
In order to transmit the signal, we consider using tinned copper braid as shield to avoid the
Interference.
Because of using the super fine wire as conductor and shield , despite the fep insulation and jacket, the whole cable is very soft.
