6PAIR TWISTED SHIELDED PVC MULTI PAIR SENSOR CABLE is a custom cable applied for sensor equipment.

Dingzun Cable has rich experience for manufacturing multipair sensor cables, just like this 6pair sensor cable, 6prx24awg, each pair required twisted and shielded in order to prevent from the interference among 6 pairs. We used al foil and drain wire for shielding. We also use cotton cord as filler, so as to make the whole cable round and smooth.
When using AL foil and drain wire, the factory should be very careful the Aluminum ace has to be towards the drain wire, whatever the drain wire is inside or outside of the foil. Otherwise, the drain wire shield function is unworkable.

Since it’s a multi sensor cable, the double shield is compulsory, we used tinned copper wire braided to avoid the noise from outside working ambient.
PVC insulation and Jacket keeps the whole sensor cable very soft, easy for installation. And economic.
