Five-Layer Co-Extrusion 12 Microns POF Plastic Film For Shrink Packaging

Five-layer co-extrusion POF heat shrinkable packaging film is made of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and copolymerized polypropylene (TPP, PPC) as main raw materials and added with necessary additives. The process is different from the traditional blow molding process. Due to the poor tensile properties of PP melt, the traditional blow molding process can not be adopted, but the double bubble process, also known as Prandi process in the world, which melts and extrudes raw materials through different extruders and adopts special design.It can be used on hardware,Household Product,Consumables,Paper Tissue,Stationery,Book,Stretched Canvas,Pharmaceutical,food,clock,box,photo frame,toy,games,jigsaw,ironing board,clothes dryer,cosmetic etc.

Characteristics of POF shrink film products

1, high transparency, good gloss, can clearly show the appearance of products, improve sensory awareness, reflect high grade.

2. The shrinkage rate is high, up to 75%, and the flexibility is good, which can be used for packaging any shape of goods. Moreover, the shrinkage force of the five-layer coextruded film after special processing is controllable, which meets the requirements of different commodity packaging for shrinkage force.

3. Good sealing performance and high strength, suitable for manual, semi-automatic and high-speed automatic packaging.

4. It has good cold resistance, can keep flexibility at-50℃ without brittle fracture, and is suitable for being stored and transported in cold environment.
