It is made of linear low-density polyethylene and copolymer polypropylene as the main raw materials, adding the necessary additives, and processed by co-extrusion blow molding process. It mainly adopts a double film bubble process, also known as the Plan process internationally. It is a process of melting and extruding raw materials through different extruders, through a specially designed co-extrusion die, after forming the initial film, it is quenched and then heated. The product is produced by secondary inflation and stretching.This kind of films are odorless with long lasting quality and suitable in storing them in warehouses.It has the characteristics of energy-saving, high shrinkage, transparent gloss, strong tear resistance, etc., subverting the limitations of traditional packaging films, and is very popular in the market.
