For the axle of this loader, we use cast steel small axle housing. There are iron axle and Isuzu axle on the market. The axles play a key role in loader working and walking. Assembly:

Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.

First, our workers will assemble the front frame, rear frame, swing frame, front axle, rear axle together, and then install air tank, relief valve, air booster pump on the frame.

At this step, the worker should pay attention to the tightness of the screws and adjust the gap: for example, the hinged part is not supposed to move up and down and must be tight (can be shaken left and right); there is also a gap between the swing frame and rear frame, which can be moved up and down, but not back and forth; and Gear oil should be added to the front and rear axles.
