We use Yunnei engine for this loader. Many developing countries do not currently have strict requirements on engine emissions. Therefore, for export to Southeast Asia, we use Yunnei engines. Yunnei engines are relatively stable in performance and affordable, and can be described as the most cost-effective engine among small loaders.

1) Engine:Domestic famous engines ,green/turbocharged/inter-cooled engine.
2) Transmission:Wet multi-plate clutch automatic transmission ,torque converter ,stable performance ,famous brand in China.
3) Axle: Heavy-duty axle ,planetary reduction ,solid and durable ,with the corresponding tires ,for the loader to provide.
4) Hydraulic system:After the rise of force ,high discharge automatic flat working device,short operation time, improve the work efficiency.
4. Inspection
The inspection is as important as any other procedure. MCLLROY technicians usually need to inspect the followings (Part I):
1) Adjust the tire pressure, drive the loader to the inspection platform, to see if the bucket is level to the ground when it is on the ground.
2) Check if the hydraulic oil is enough, and then lift the arm, withdraw the bucket and check the hydraulic oil level again, check the hydraulic oil tank scale (scale at 11 to 13 means enough)
3) Check if any bolts are loose or missing, and if there is a oil leaking problem.
4) Check the track width to see if it is different from standard.
